Could have been cause it was a hybrid and needed new transmission. But 1 month and 1 week seems too long. Once I got the car back my electric adjustment of my chair wasn’t working. Also due to the length of stay my battery was flat and on my way home I needed to call road side assistance to start up the car again. Will have to bring back the car in next week due to chair and will have to address my battery. Contemplated to file a complaint but Raymond of front desk services was very nice, however the actual work and care for my car remains questionable. Up till now it does run well and feels like new. Except for the battery and chair then. More
