Bernabe was good with his attitude and assistance with the purchase. The rest of the people left a lot to be desired. In my opinion, there are far too many people that don't understand how to build a bu the purchase. The rest of the people left a lot to be desired. In my opinion, there are far too many people that don't understand how to build a business relationship. The service center has untrained people working there. The prep on my car was not good. The rear quarter panel was dirty, the interior had excessive armor all all over it, and the engine compartment was left with a heavy coating of wet armor all over most of the engine components. Yes, the technician just left the job undone. The amount of opposition with financing was inexcusable. Sadly, too many dealerships follow the same lousy protocol of how to deal with customers. Overall, the buying experience was terrible! Did you know that Bernabe was the 3rd sales person to work with me BEFORE I visited the dealership? Fortunately, Bernabe came in on his day off the assist with closing the sale and made sure that the issues I addressed with him regarding the car were taken care of. More
