When I called to set an appointment I was thanked for my continued business. That always makes me feel good. I was able to set the appointment for that same day to have my battery replaced. Manny stewarded the whole process patiently despite numerous calls from both parents ( I was a bit of a pest along the way ( due to the 3000 mile difference in locations)). Manny was professional, as well as amicable throughout. The same can be said for Benjy Brown in finance,and Jesse Martinez, in management.
