Rafhael is honest & an outstanding salesperson. My husband & I had gone to 2 other dealerships prior to Ford. Both salespeople from other dealership does not compare to service Rafhael had provided. Norm Reeves is fortunate to hav an excellent salesperson. As far as dealership, we had to wait twenty minutes for vehicle after finance & also truck did not have full tank of gas. I'm sure if Rafhael did not have a prior commitment, we would not encounter the delays. The other salesperson who had covered for Rafhael is also very helpful & professional.
