Jose was absolutely the best person we have purchased a vehicle from! He was kind, patient, and easy going. $170 for diagnostic test, ripped off, you get 0 starts from me, not friendly customer service. 20 years ago when I bought my first car were super friendly. Had a 9:15 am appointment. Vehicle was not inspected until after 11 am. No evidence that oil change I came in for was even done. Oil change Not listed in service invoice.
