I bought my new Honda CRV I believe in 2013 at this dealership. I have closer dealerships to my home but have always taken my auto to Norm Reeves because of the way I was treated by advisor Bryan Ortiz dealership. I have closer dealerships to my home but have always taken my auto to Norm Reeves because of the way I was treated by advisor Bryan Ortiz. I was disappointed to learn he no longer works there. I was in need of service for my car and called to make an appointment. I asked if they knew Bryan and they said yes. I asked them to recommend someone who was like Bryan, and who they trusted their car with. I selected Robert Gonzalez, I was impressed with his customer service, the Helpful Honda guy offered me shuttle service, answered all my concerns, kept me updated on the status of my car, and documented my service in my record book. I will request Robert Gonzalez for my future service needs. I highly recommend Norm Reeves Cerritos with enthusiasm! More
