Last year, I purchased a vehicle from the above dea people. Those who lie, are deceitful and lack a moral compass please disregard this review. Last year, I purchased a vehicle from the above dealership due to being a long time customer and reading all the rave reviews(I didn't even get a great deal). Shortly after I took my vehicle into the service department to get few items fixed under warranty. To make a long story short, they kept my car longer than needed and stuck me with a rental car bill which I was told they will be covering. Here's the long story if you are interested. Last year, I borought my car in for a couple minor fixes which were all under warranty. I was told it should only take a couple days and not to worry they they will provide me with a rental through Enterprise. A couple days passed and no phone call, I decided to call my service advisor fornan update on my car. I was told my service advisor was on vacation and my car was not ready. I called every day after attempting to find out the statusnof my car. I spoke with multiple service advisors who gave me the run around just to tell me my car was not ready. Initially i found it amusing, everytime I called, no one was able to tell me the status of my car. I would be on hold for at least 10 to 15 minutes just told my car is not ready. Upset, i asked to talk to a service manager which took even longer. Finally, on the 6th day I called again and after waiting for a period of time they finally told me my car was ready. They kept my car for 6 days to fix a spring in the seat which prevented the seat from reclining! Concerned about the rental, I spoke with the service manager, who assured me I would not be responsible for the rental fees and they will be covering it in full. Fast forward to today. I was doing my bills and noticed there was a recent charge on my credit card from Enterprise rental. The only time I rented from them was a year ago. I called Enterprise and they advised they recently received payment for two days from Norm Reeves and charged my card for the remaining balance. After a year! It not all about the money. I'm disappointed in my self for thinking a long standing relationship ment something. I thought I can trust them on their word. Shame on me! More
