Horrible Experience Today I went in and was trying to buy a new car. I was immediately greeted by a sales rep. I was inquiring for the 2020 civic type R and that is also Today I went in and was trying to buy a new car. I was immediately greeted by a sales rep. I was inquiring for the 2020 civic type R and that is also the first thing I said to the sales as we were looking at the Boost Blue CTR parked in front. Before we step foot inside the store he already started bombarding me with the usual car sales tactics. Multiple times he annoying expressed there is no mark-up but the vehicle will not be sold at MSRP price. The amount of BS he spew was nearly enough for me to leave, and we have not even step foot inside the dealership yet! He made me feel like he doesnt even need my business and refuses to even reveal how much he is expecting for the CTR. Once we were inside I tried to negotiate how much they are expecting for the CTR but he never gave me an actual number but kept saying "this is a special car, I will fight for you, and no BS, give me an offer, etc". I gave him an offer of MSRP+tax+fees but he replied with "come on give me something serious". He asked for my offer and this is his response? Does he expect me to mark-up the price for him? He later told me they have the Boost Blue, Championship White, and Polished Metal for sale. He then left and came back with the usual slip that wrote the MSRP and the "already installed but unable to remove options". I said I do not want any options, no warranty, nothing but just the MRSP + tax + dealership/DMV fees. He said he will bring it to his manager and see if it can be approved. I literally saw him going into the restroom then came back out and told he he already talked to the manager and he can only remove the GAP insurance, alarm lock, and extended warranty. He then asked me which color I want and I said the Boost Blue, he immediately said "oh too bad, its sold. Yea someone just bought it". After 15mins of this BS, I had enough and left. The sales tactic was already expected but I felt we were arguing instead of negotiating for the price. He did not made me felt like there is "no BS", actually this is more BS than all the dealerships I have already visited combined!! His overall attitude is unbearable and I left not wanting to come back ever. I have already been to a few dealerships already and this is BY FAR the WORST experience EVER. The name of the sales? Ibrahim. AVOID him at ALL COST!! More
