Awesome Visit Yesterday 4/8/19 went on a visit with my father and son to see if I can trade in my car for something more convenient for me. Mr Ibrahim helped me and my father, was very kind and patient. Went step by step and did all in his power for us to get a good deal and his Manager Ryan assisted as well and made me and my father some happy campers. Also Mr Frank Wong “financial” was amazing. Funny and well careful to explain every detail to us. Even if he repeated himself a couple time lol Most of all is that they knew I had a 4 year old child with me and once in a while they would distract and and play with him and offer him water and cookies. I appreciate that from both and Ibrahim and Mr Frank. Not so many people are so kind with your kids especially knowing that a 4year can’t stay still for that long they get irritated and bored. Rough start, but great finish. First salesman to greet me as I arrived was clearly not in the best mood. Wouldn't let me test drive until I gave him my 100% word that I'll purchase First salesman to greet me as I arrived was clearly not in the best mood. Wouldn't let me test drive until I gave him my 100% word that I'll purchase the vehicle; I said that I'll most likely purchase if we find the price I can work with, and he rudely walked away from me (management in multiple levels sincerely apologized to me after, so I was thankful for that). Thank goodness Andy was nearby to help me out though. After much discussion and clarification, he and Michael were the men to get me the price I was looking for. I was a first time car buyer and they turned a horrible experience to a great ending. Everyone after that first representative was helpful and sincere, so I'd say Norm Reeves Honda is a must if you're looking to get a car. More
