I decided not to buy until I talked to someone at Norm's Reeves. I had previously bought a car with Norm's Reeves. Though I had an appointment with someone else, Luis was able to help me. He was very upfront, honest, and professional. He showed me the options I had, and I ultimately decided to go for the Honda Civic (Chevy was not even close to what Honda had to offer). I am very satisfied with what I bought and the help I received from Luis... Just a note of caution. When you go to the finance department, make sure you understand clearly all the extras that they will try to sale you. They will make it sound like you REALLY need it (that's their job and living), but only buy what YOU feel you need and your budget can afford. Know your numbers, think as much as you need, and say NO even if they insist you need it.
