I was advised to work with Sam Sultan by my friends and family members who have always enjoyed a great buying and leasing experience with him. Therefore, I drove down from West Los Angeles to Cerritos to check out the new rides at Norm Reeves Honda dealership. From the moment I arrived till the moment I drove off, if there was a single word to describe my overall experience it would be simply “exceptional.” And this is simply because of how my entire buying experience was with Mr. Sam Sultan. He is the most professional representative I have ever worked with. Not only did he allow me to test drive both the models I was interested in but even showed me different trims and add-ons. I am glad that he listened very carefully to my needs and he sold me exactly what I needed which was a step up (Accord Sports Edition) from the base model. One thing that I appreciated most about Sam was that he did not pressure me into buying anything. In fact, he asked me to buy the car when I am ready to purchase one which showed care from his end. I ended up going there and was approached by this tall, smily guy who offered to help me immediately. Christian Delgadillo he's name, he gave me a little tour showing me all coupe hondas available. I chose a brand new honda accord but wasn't sure about my credit score so Christian helped me qualify and the monthly payments weren't too bad at all. It was something i could actually afford. I can't thank enough Chris for helping me qualify and get this awesome car driving back home. I wish i can keep on writing about my excellent experience with Reeves Honda and its professional staff but particularly Chri. Billy was friendly and super helpful throughout the entire process, from walking onto the lot, finding a car, and making me a deal I couldn't turn down. I left the dealership with a new car and a feeling that I was fully taken care of.
