First-time buyer: one epic experience! I couldn't ask for a much better experience when buying my first car. Through his communication skills, ability to connect with the customer, to even his sense of humor played a huge factor in my decision to purchase my vehicle at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore. His sense of humor allowed for a more pleasant experience and relieved a lot of the stress that is normally associated with purchasing a new car. Mr. Tech negotiated on my behalf to ensure that I left with the car I was interested in. He was with me up to the point of going into the finance department, where I was greeted my Mr. Ramzi Maymoun. Mr. Maymoun was another great individual, whom also, through his sense of humor and ability to connect with the customer, made this an even easier process. One thing he did that I was not expecting was he ordering a one month worth of insurance coverage at no cost for me to ensure that I left that day with my car. This happened as a result of our insurance company not being open as well as having some app-related issues in which the vehicle could not have been added to the existing policy. Kudos to Mr. Maymoun for going out of his way to ensure I left with my car that day. Overall, the experience from beginning to end is of A++ service. If you are in the market or buying a new car, I highly encourage you go to Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in the Cerritos Auto Square and go see Mr. Heng Tech. You will not be disappointed. One last thing I forgot to mention: based on the car I was interested in, Mr. Tech ensured I left with the car that had the least amount of time at the lot.
