Excellent Service and A++++ Sells Rep I was looking for a vehicle but wasn't sure what dealer to go, I heard from a friend that Reeves Honda in Cerritos was a good place to go to. I ended I was looking for a vehicle but wasn't sure what dealer to go, I heard from a friend that Reeves Honda in Cerritos was a good place to go to. I ended up going there and was approached by this tall, smily guy who offered to help me immediately. Christian Delgadillo he's name, he gave me a little tour showing me all coupe hondas available. I chose a brand new honda accord but wasn't sure about my credit score so Christian helped me qualify and the monthly payments weren't too bad at all. It was something i could actually afford. I can't thank enough Chris for helping me qualify and get this awesome car driving back home. I wish i can keep on writing about my excellent experience with Reeves Honda and its professional staff but particularly Chri. I recommend anyone who's looking to buy a car but have doubts about qualifying or have low credit score to go to Reeves Honda and talk to Christian Delgadillo at the V.I.P dep. I just got back from Norm Reeves Honda Superstore Cerritos, and I must say that my buying experience was quite a joy; a breath of fresh air, and it was all thanks to Billy Acebron. Billy was friendly and super helpful throughout the entire process, from walking onto the lot, finding a car, and making me a deal I couldn't turn down. I left the dealership with a new car and a feeling that I was fully taken care of. A smooth, no hassle experience I was looking to purchase a new Civic and had quotes from a few other dealerships. One dealership quoted me a particularly good deal, yet I decided t I was looking to purchase a new Civic and had quotes from a few other dealerships. One dealership quoted me a particularly good deal, yet I decided to give Norm Reeves of Cerritos a call just to see what kind of quote I would receive. It turned out to be a really good decision! I called the sales number and asked to be connected to someone from internet sales. Susanna answered on the other end, and I asked her if she could offer me a better deal than what I already had. Not only did Susanna match it, but she was able to get me an even better deal. I set up an appointment with Susanna to test drive the vehicle, and when it came time for the paperwork, I looked at the out of door price for the Civic, and was delighted to see a lower price than I expected. There were no unpleasant surprises, and the entire car buying experience went very smoothly. Susanna was quite pleasant, and took every opportunity to answer any questions I had. Even after the sale was finalized and I had taken the car home, Susanna still makes it her duty to answer and address any issues I may have. I definitely would recommend Susanna to anyone looking to purchase a new Honda. More
