Although my first experience with Norm Reeves was excellent our second time around with Sales Rep Jennifer Viveros was stellar. I am currently disabled and have a speech impediment so I was able to handle 90% of the transaction on line via e-mail with Jennifer. She responded to all my emails very quickly and she had everything ready for us when we arrived to purchase our new car. It literally took us 1 1/2 hours to sign and finalize the contract.
