Luckily, he followed up with periodically to make sure I had all the information I needed. I loved that he didn't push me. I went in memorial day weekend just to meet with him. He was quite busy but I waited for him due to his service. Once he became available he treated me like old friends! I am now a proud owner of a 2017 Accord. Sen did not do the actual negotiating, but linked us with his manager who met our price requirements and did not pressure us. A longer than desired wait to see the finance and insurance guy who completed our paperwork after presenting extended warranty, security alarm and another protection added cost item we did not want. He presented several options and offers hoping to sell us. It was a busy Memorial Day weekend and we were all tired! In the meantime, Sen had our choice of vehicle checked out and ready to go, reducing our wait time. We returned the next morning to get the disabled plates off of our trade-In. Sen had removed them and had the plates ready for us, He then went over features of our new car again as the information is a lot to process for us older folks. He said to call him anytime regarding our new CRV and he sent several follow up emails. More
