I was contacted by Kendra Black and replied to her with my initial budget and the other offers I received. She was up front about the lowest price she could give me, which beat every other dealership I spoke with. From there it was all very simple -- I filled out a credit application and told her the payment I was looking for and she responded with the amount of down payment I need to bring in. Her numbers matched those of the Edmunds.com calculator, no tricks. I was only available on a Thursday evening, which was Kendra's day off, but she came in anyway. She was very professional, and courteous -- always opening the door for my wife and I. When she handed us over to Murat in Financing I thought she would leave but she waited until we finished up. By the way, Murat Tiryaki in financing was just as pleasant and profession -- there was no hard selling or intimidation.
