AMAZING I went to help a friend buy a car, she was wary of the car buying process. Great Experience!!! I decided it was time to replace my car on 11/30/15 and I went to several dealerships and left feeling disappointed. The worst one was Mazda, the serv I decided it was time to replace my car on 11/30/15 and I went to several dealerships and left feeling disappointed. The worst one was Mazda, the service was awful. They made me feel like my business was not wanted. I decided to go to Honda and I did so, I parked and Brian Chen was already there, greeting me, with a smile!!!! Talk about feeling welcomed!!!! He was an amazingly understanding salesman and I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone. Buying a car is famous for being a grueling experience but Brian made it easy and simple.
