VERY Unexpected! Knowing I wanted nothing but a Honda Pilot I traveled to Riverside initially and bought a used 2008 model. As happy I was with my car I knew my eventual goal would be to move up to a new model. Last October it was time for my car's service visit and, just before it was time to pick up, I wandered around the lot. Mr. Abdeh Mazen met me and asked if he could be of service. I informed him my car was being serviced and was wondering if they had any used models "just to look at". He showed me a couple including a VERY NICE 2013 Touring model (my dream car :). He said "Well, lets go check some numbers" (the usual statement you hear). Walking with him I very well knew this couldn't happen as my finances were in no current shape to get a car much less the top model. I still cannot believe Mazen actually made it happen. I calculated to myself how much more a month I would be able to afford and, even though we had a couple of 'back-and-forth' sessions, it actually happened and I drove off the lot with what I still consider my 'DREAM' car! It was absolutely the best 'service' I ever received! Even the young lady who assisted with the paperwork to service my 2008 model texted me with congratulations! Again, VERY unexpected BUT VERY HAPPY!!! To me, Norm Reeves Honda (Cerritos) is THE BEST! They have always been the most courteous and friendly people I have ever dealt with. More

When I found my Fit at Norm Reeves, we immediately made the journey to Cerritos from West LA at rush hour (yes, I wanted it that badly). The whole process took less than three hours (the last time it had taken me eight at a different dealership). Tony and Murat explained every step of the process to (a very hesitant/guarded) me. I knew what I was signing and why they needed the information that they asked for. Neither of them tried to upsell me on any extra parts or convince me to take their loan over my own. 2016 Honda Accord Sport I had been looking for a new car for about a month, doing my research online. I had narrowed my search down to a Mazda 3, CX3, CX5 or a Honda Accord I had been looking for a new car for about a month, doing my research online. I had narrowed my search down to a Mazda 3, CX3, CX5 or a Honda Accord or Civic. On Saturday, I was at the Mazda dealership across the street and looked at the Mazdas. I decided to look at the Hondas at Norm Reeves on Sunday. The first thing you will notice if you compare Honda dealerships is that Norm Reeves has a lot more inventory than other dealerships. The Honda Accord Sport model is a pretty "hot" car and they had quite a few in stock in comparison to other dealerships. I arrived at Norm Reeves around noon and walked the lot. There was no pressure, no salesmen approached me allowing me to roam freely. I really liked the Accord Sport, so I went into the office to ask for a salesman. I was assigned to Hossain Ahmed. He was very laid back, again no pressure or hard sell tactics. Nobody likes to be "held hostage" at a dealership, so time was the most import to me. I never like to haggle, as long as I get a fair deal - I am satisfied. I explained exactly the terms I was looking for and was satisfied with what they had to offer. I'm sure I could have gotten a better deal if I pressed, but again, my time is more important to me than saving a few dollars. I was in and out in about 3 hours. Ziggy in Finance was a pleasure to deal with, very personable. The only negatives I would have are the same things you will get at any dealership. Trying to upsell added coverages and services is a little annoying, but I understand they have a job to do. All and all, a very painless experience. I would recommend Hossain, Ziggy and Norm Reeves to anyone looking for a new car. Take into account, I am not a high maintenance customer, so your experience may vary :) More

Brand New Car- Full Time Student I wanna start off by saying that the service at this dealership was phenomenal. I arrived at the dealership with my family and the first person to come to us was a gentleman by the name of Billy Acebron. Let me just say that Billy is such a kind and honest sales employee and would defintiely recommend him to any new buyers or students because he definitely works with you one on one. He explained everything to both me and my family and made sure not to move on to the next step without everyone being on the same page. Not only was he able to to sell me a brand new 2016 Honda Civic that I can afford, he made sure that everyone was well attended and made everything possible to work numbers that satisfied both me and the company.
