Car Purchase I was nervous because I was going to inquiry "only" about how can I purchase a car if I didn't have a down payment at the moment. The sales rep. was magnificent with all of the doubts and concerns I had. Answered all of my questions precisely and with awesome sense of humor (which I like very much). At the beginning I didn't think I was going to bond with him, but we did! He was so great.......that I told him since the first time that I wanted a burgundy car. I was initially going for a civic, but he convince me to go for an accord. But the best part is that this car was sold out almost everywhere, but Billy, oh Lord please bless Billy, he found one in West Covina. I waited a longgggg time for him to go pick it up, but he did it, he not only found it, but brought it to me to Cerritos. That right there is Customer Satisfaction!!! The finance guy was also pretty awesome!!! I love their sense of humor.....definitely made a difference. More

I’m very happy, I love my new Honda Civic, and I was just approved by Honda for my 4th lease at Norm Reeves Honda Superstore in Cerritos, California. I’m very happy, I love my new Honda Civic, and I’m happy to share my story with others. It’s been a long-term relationship with this Norm Reeves Honda in Cerritos, all of my leases have been through them, and working with the same gentleman, Jose Magana. I have to say, my experience overall at Norm Reeves Honda has been great on every level. At every level, the quality of customer service and support, of working with a customer to help them with a car lease or purchase is stellar. While Jose is the gentleman who helped me in each case to secure my lease, everyone I dealt with in other departments, finance, customer service, etc.. were all stellar people. Now regarding Jose and team members he works with, honestly, they worked miracles for me. During my first two leases my payment history was perfect and therefore everything went smoothly. However, I had some major health problems along the way which resulted in huge medical bills and unfortunately a number of late payments on my third lease. Jose listened sincerely to where I was at, and what happened, and went the extra mile to not only get me approved for a new lease, which I was concerned about, but to get a reasonable and affordable rate approved in spite of the challenges I had. I know he worked hard on my behalf. So overall, I highly recommend Norm Reeves Honda to everyone. I know I will not be going anywhere else, and as I expressed, the primary person I’ve always worked with, Jose Magana, has been a real gentleman and great person to work, I’m very appreciative. We are both quite young interested in an expensive model however Jerry maintained a level of respect and courtesy only a great salesman could. We described the model we were looking to buy and found one we could test drive. After my wife and I were sure this was the one we wanted, we went inside to "talk numbers." It wasn't bad at all. We got a good deal and were given plenty of options in terms of financing. We came at a rough time because the dealer was being renovated. That didn't stop the team at Norm Reeves to stutter in performance. It was a great experience and I will go back later on down the road when it's time to buy a car for me. More
