I was contacted by Diego to terminate my lease on my car early a Have to say this was the best customer service I have ever received from Norm Reeves. I was contacted by Diego to terminate my lease on my car early and from everything was just great. I walked in nowing who the fleet manager was from before Lori and Tom Simmons and found out they had just recently retired. My dad contacted Tom and said to contact Kim Kelly and wow was he right. I was greated by Diego and he handed me off to Kim Kelly and she took care of me from start to finish. She has great customer service and Diego tag teaming with her just made me finding the perfect car that much easier. I would recommended anybody to Kim Kelly and as well as Diego they are excellent at what they do. Then they sent me over to finance which I was handed off to Avery and he made the finance part of it the easiest I have ever gone through. I was in and out in like 15 minutes never heard of. He was very straight forwarded with me and told me what and what I did not need. Also he didn't ask me for more money for my down payment and just told me write a check for what I said I could and never pushed me to write a bigger check. He was very polite and made things so easy I would recommended anyone to ask for him in finance. I would recommended anyone to buy there car from NORM REEVES HONDA SUPERSTORE. More
