My experience with Susanna Yim at Norm Reeves Honda has been nothing but fantastic and exemplary. This was not the easiest to put together (or so I thought) until I was contacted by Susanna. Went shopping to a few dealers in the area to buy a car. Both Tony and Dan were very helpful. They gave us very little pressure and were straightforward - nowhere near the amount of shenanigans we faced at Both Tony and Dan were very helpful. Both salesmen read the type of buyers we were and accommodated us appropriately - the sign of good salespeople! Price was also very good, although we saw better listed deals elsewhere by couple of hundred dollars, it is very likely that we would have paid more OTD with all the nonsense other dealers tack on somewhere else. Once we were ready to buy the car, we were in and out in a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend! More
