I left my car there at 8am & still wasn’t ready when I came at 5:30pm to pick it up. They had to look for my car. My advisor didn’t call or text me to update me. My car wasn’t checked over the 8 hours it came at 5:30pm to pick it up. They had to look for my car. My advisor didn’t call or text me to update me. My car wasn’t checked over the 8 hours it stayed there. I had to wait still there for them to check it. Makes me sad because before the service was always great. Not too sure what’s happening now. More

No better than any other dealership. Prices are on the high side. Paid $2.4k for evaporator replacement and got my car back with a buzz in the dash. Took it back to the dealership two Prices are on the high side. Paid $2.4k for evaporator replacement and got my car back with a buzz in the dash. Took it back to the dealership two times to get the buzz fixed. First time they said it was a loose wire. Second time the tech said it’s a known problem with the blower box and showed me the tech notice. They wouldn’t repair it because it’d cost them $2k to remove the dashboard. If there’s a tech notice, shouldn’t the mechanic know about it and take precautions to keep the noise from happening…? More
