made mistake by taking wife CRV to nearby Honda Dealer. I bought my wife a new 2014 CRV EX , got a good deal , finance rate was low then and service is excellent . A few years passed and its now 5 yrs old I bought my wife a new 2014 CRV EX , got a good deal , finance rate was low then and service is excellent . A few years passed and its now 5 yrs old with only 26K on odometer . we live in Gardena and took it to this Honda dealership because I didn't want to drive to Cerritos for an oil change. My mistake I didn't have time to wash CRV much, but since it was filthy so , " dealer" thinks a slob owns this car and dirty car to a mechanic usually means don't need to be careful of car when rotating tires. well I saw that all 4 rims was scratched up ,my wife knows every area of her vehicle ,it wasn't there when we take it to Norm Reeves. and there is not a single dent or scratch in this vehicle except for the free scratches Gardena Honda gave us. NOT making mistake again , WE WILL ALWAYS TAKE TO NORM REEVES Cerritos, CA. save yourself a headache people take the maintenance to the place you got it from.... see you guys soon..and yes my next vehicle will be a Norm Reeves Honda. Maintainence on Honda Pilot My wife called and made an appointment for 11 am. When she got there 10 minutes prior to time. the line of cars is to the street. She check in a My wife called and made an appointment for 11 am. When she got there 10 minutes prior to time. the line of cars is to the street. She check in and wait out the line. Finally at 11:45 she is in the front of the line. She see the guys that work the counter taking younger girls vs "This old Lady". That was irritating, but accepted that issue. Then she finally gets helped. Her dummy lights come on when driving, she has pictures. It is scary when you see warning "Brake Malfunction", "charging malfunction", and "power steering malfunction" while driving on freeway. Ramiro informed her that it could be a clogged fuel injection.. really! That is causing steering, brake and charging issues. He said it would take until 3 pm to get it on the diagnostic machine. - Finally. 3:30 pm she was informed it was unknown. He thinks it could be the VCD piece in the car, but until it happens again they could not do anything. I cannot believe that Honda is willing to let my wife go when she showed them Steering, Brakes and Charging malfunctions are coming on. My thoughts on this is... NEXT TIME IT MAY NOT BE JUST LIGHTS... IT COULD BE ONE OF THOSE ISSUES. But we have to wait. Guess when my wife is hurt or worse killed due to this issue, I guess Honda is willing to deal with it then. More
Certified Honda Accord I brought a certified 2015 Honda Accord Ex Coupe and I been calling the service managers since December 2018 and still haven’t got a call back I also I brought a certified 2015 Honda Accord Ex Coupe and I been calling the service managers since December 2018 and still haven’t got a call back I also I had my sales guys Roberto to email them in January 2019 to call me never got a call back this is very poor service to me I feel that when I came in December 2018 for my first free oil change that’s all I should of been coming for they said I needed filters one inside the car and one outside I thought when you Certify a car this should of been done then I don’t drive much I just brought this car July 31 2018 I had to spend $155 and some change I’m not happy at all I been trying to contact service managers and I’m not getting not call backs I will be contacting BBB as well because after spending over 16,000 I get this kind of service wow is all I can say More
