From start to finish, the level of service was subpar, and it left me questioning why I ever chose this dealership in the first place. First, the customer service was abysmal. The staff was unprofessional, with no clear communication about the status of my vehicle. I was left waiting for over two hours without any updates. When I finally spoke to someone, they seemed uninterested in helping and couldn’t provide any clear answers regarding the delay. The worst part of the whole experience was the lack of respect for my time. I had an appointment and arrived on time, but it seemed like my vehicle wasn’t even given priority. It was clear they were overbooked and didn’t care about honoring appointments. I expected much better from a Honda dealership with a reputation like theirs. If you value your time, money, and overall experience, I strongly recommend you avoid this location. More
