My car’s bottom panels came off and dragging while driving, so I towed my car to this dealer. Benito immediately looked to see if parts were available and secured it for the next morning. My car was ready to pickup the very first thing in the morning! I wish the all over price is less, but I like the fact that I can rely on their services. The whole experience was smooth and quick. I didn’t have a lot on contact with Edward because the Honda Recall I went in for was not necessary for my Honda model. In terms of the dealership, my only negative comment is that I had an appointment but that didn’t seem to make any difference. There was only one drive up line to service both people with appointments and those without an appointment. This didn’t seem right to me. I’ll add that this dealership is also clean and comfortable, certainly a plus. More

They managed to get me a same-day appointment for an oil change on a Saturday. I was so surprised! When I asked how long it would take and they said 90 minutes, it was actually a lot less than that so I was change on a Saturday. I was so surprised!
