Bait and switch scam when quoted for a price to buy my used vehicle. Went through the process with Kelly Blue Book and Norm Reeves reached out to me! Set an appointment, taking time off of work and the rep (Wes Tucker) didn’t even bother to show up! Jody Kirk then informed me that this was just a way to get people in the door, that he has no intention of buying the car. He said “this is a tough part of the sales process”. And when I directly said “so this is a bait and switch?” He replied saying “if you want to call it that.”. He laughed, mocked and gaslit me as he simultaneously talked trade-ins. They were sleazy and scammy. An utter waste of time and the true definition of used car salesmen. More

The overall service was great.
