I specifically singed up for a $30 tire rotation when I scheduled my appointment m and they had changed it to a $70 rotation and balance. The person who attempted to assist me was rude and didn’t want to listen and had an attitude and I drove off and didn’t get service as a result of her attitude and lack of listening skills.
