This service center has always been supreme, except my last visit, not so much. Something was terribly off. Estimated an hour to hour and a half to check a tire. Three hours later, I got out of there only last visit, not so much. Something was terribly off. Estimated an hour to hour and a half to check a tire. Three hours later, I got out of there only after getting up and asking questions. In that 3 hour window my service advisor touched base with me once. When I went looking for him another advisor became rude and was no help. It did not feel like the dealership I had been to numerous times before. It’s ironic I get this survey today, usually my phone and email are blowing up for reactions after a visit, this last time….nothing, until today, I find that odd. More
