I'm very disappointed with the service I got during my last visit, to get my car inspected. It passed the inspection, & I requested that my wipers be changed (they weren't, still don't work right). I was then presented with a report of a lot of work needing to be done on the car, including purchasing 4 new tires, which I didn't need. I had already purchased a set of tires from this dealership a couple years before COVID; if Eric had checked the computer records, he'd have seen that, but I doubt that he did. He told me that the work would cost $7000, including tax, & I needed to pay it up front, like that day, to get the work done. Fortunately, my bank stopped that transaction, & I wasn't given a copy of the report. He kept the only copy. I also asked that the tire light on my dash be turned off, as it had been on for awhile; Eric said it would have to stay on until the tires were changed out, & it was turned off. I'm not sure I'll be returning to the dealership, where I've been able to trust that they knew what needed to be done & got it done, until this last visit. I don't believe Eric & the guys in the bay, who generated the report for him to give me, had the right to claim that all that work needed to be done, when it doesn't. I haven't had any mechanical issues with my car, except for trying to use a tire gauge & put air in the car (I can't seem to do that right) & my bad habit of turning on the interior light & forgetting to turn it off, thus running down the battery. Otherwise, the only minor mechanical issue I've had is that the driver's side window keeps going off the track; it's been put back on twice, was on the list of work that needed to be done that I was shown. Eric said they'd have to order the part that controls that window & replace it; not sure that was really the problem, since both times it happened before, they simply put it back on track & it worked fine for a long time. As I said, I'm very disappointed in this dealership, not sure I'm going to come back :( :( :( More

Everything went smoothly the day I purchased a car. The used car I saw and wanted online had been sold. But, Jerry, the salesperson asked me my needs and price range and then went to work finding a replacement. I ended up buying a new model but Jerry gave me a good deal and it was worth it. The transaction was seamless from start to finish. He coordinated with Erik in F&I and by the time I saw Erik, he was ready with the paperwork and it was fast and easy. Everyone was pleasant, interested in my concerns and made me feel at home. Even though they got busy shorter after arrived. Nothing seemed rushed. They kept checking in with me as they had to service other customers. I would recommend Norm Reeves for a good buying experience. Shopping for a vehicle as a solo female can sometimes be challenging. Norm Reeves Honda Superstore has my satisfaction ratio of 5.0! More
