Did not have my parts. My recommended written estimate was $1420. Because I had to take an after market part (to get it done that day) it was supposed to be $200 less. Plus I used the wild card coupon of 15% off should have been $180 more less. That would equal $1040 + tax would be $1105. This was explained to me by Hannah before doing the work. After, she brought a bill for $1491 saying she made a mistake on the parts. After I had already waited in the store for 5 hours for the 3 to 4 hour job I had to fuss for 45 minutes to pay $1179. The new struts ride great. More
