I was very pleased with AJ Sami’s customer service. From the moment we walked into the dealership, he took care of my car needs. As a new buyer, he was very responsive to my questions and made sure to explain every step in full detail. There were moments of hesitation but he was very patient, personable, and professional. My only complaint is that my car did not come with a second key fob and that I’d be responsible for purchasing it. The vehicle I purchased was not a Honda, so I understand when they said they would not be able to physically my the key fob on site. However, this vehicle has been listed on their website for a month which means they’ve had enough time to contact the dealer and at least initiate the process for a new key fob. Woody, the manager, was not helpful at all and he seemed more interested in the sale instead of taking care of the customer. I am very thankful for AJ and would consider doing business with him in the future. More
