We worked with Stephen Bennett and I can not say enough how much we enjoyed the process. I have always hated buying cars because dealers can scam, lie, and belittle you. Throughout the entire process Steph how much we enjoyed the process. I have always hated buying cars because dealers can scam, lie, and belittle you. Throughout the entire process Stephen was patient and took time to explain any question I had. While most of the deal was done through email, I never felt disrespected by Stephen, as he was very responsive and detailed in his communications. I didn't feel left in the dark at anytime. When it came time to buy the car and we came to the dealership the process was surprisingly smooth. The test drive a great, the financing (though we didn't go through them) was very respectful, and Stephen was informative the entire time even when he did have to step away. My husband and I were truly blown away with the ease of the process. We never felt like our time was being wasted, which was great. When we did a walk through of the vehicle we noticed on manufacture issue and Stephen apologized and assured us it would be taken care of. While on the test drive I noticed my blind spot sensors weren't on, and while we went to the bank he turned it on for me. Even when I asked for something as silly as the red bow on my vehicle he happily obliged. I can't believe how relaxed, kind, and respectful everyone was. I'll definitely be back and asking for Stephen Bennett when in the car market. It was a tremendously smooth process that I was completely shocked by especially in our current climate. More
