I was the customer - I expect the service reps to show that with efficiency. Don’t take your time getting to me - I had appointment. They should be expecting me!!! Basically like most things, it comes down to the KISS principle. Do the work so you are ready for the customer. Don’t waste my time looking up info you should have reviewed before I arrived! More
