I had a frustrating experience at Norm Reeves Honda during a trade-in. I wanted to keep the seat covers from my vehicle, as they were custom and sentimental, but the staff refused to allow it. They insisted the covers had to stay with the car, offering no flexibility or understanding, despite my willingness to negotiate other aspects of the deal. Their rigid policy and lack of customer consideration left me feeling undervalued. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend them to others looking for a fair trade-in process. More
