It's excellent! I've gone there several times with questions I bought at another Honda dealership. That one is too far away to drive to for the different questions I I've gone there several times with questions I bought at another Honda dealership. That one is too far away to drive to for the different questions I have had on how to operate different things in this car. I do not understand the book the other place gave to me to understand everything so I have stopped at Norm Reeves dealership for help. There was another time things lit up on my dash that made me worry so I stopped by Norm Reeves service so they could put my mind at ease which they did. I've decided for any service or other things I will go to Norm Reeves and not Honda of Fort Fort Worth. The next time I need to buy a car, I will go to Norm Reeves. That's how happy I am with them. I pulled in and was the only car in the bay so I pulled all the way up. The person at the desk was on his phone and never looked up. Another person saw me finished his smoke and walked inside. A third person walked away from the kiosk vaping and never acknowledged me. I waited a few minutes and finally rolled my window down and asked the person playing on their phone if I was just supposed to wait in my car. He looked at me and said has anyone helped you yet. I replied no. He put his phone up and asked why I was there. I told him I had an appointment for an oil change and he went to get a service advisor. The service advisor said it would be about an hour and I told him I would wait inside. After about an hour I received a text with several thousand dollars worth of things that apparently need to be done. No one ever bothered to come talk to me in person. It said a battery would be 60ish dollars so I asked them to do that. I then got a text that that was the wrong price and it would be several hundred dollars. Again... no human bothered to come talk to me. I wasn't sure what to do at this point so I texted just do the oil. After visiting with my husband I tried to text to do the oil and battery and was then notified my car was ready. Still no human contact. I went and asked my less than helpful Honda guy to please also do the battery. He seemed annoyed. A solid 2 hours after I arrived my only pleasant interaction was with the young man who checked me out. Not my service advisor. Overall the worst experience at Honda. More

Anthony was sweet, but it is overwhelmingly obvious that your company is lacking an organizational process to provide an efficient and consistent customer experience.
