After writing an honest review of my experience with the dealership, I was asked to call the GM, and then the Sales Manager who asked me to bring my vehicle in to look at. I did as requested and was told t dealership, I was asked to call the GM, and then the Sales Manager who asked me to bring my vehicle in to look at. I did as requested and was told the same thing as before the car was sold as is or I could spent 1k to repair a sunroof screen, that did not work when I purchased the vehicle on 3/18. The SM did not speak with me, someone else did. They did not offer me gas or anything after having me waste my time and resources. Definitely Disappointed in DeSoto. More
Walking into the dealership a couple of hours before closing, I wasn’t expecting a life-changing experience—but that’s exactly what I got. There was no one at the front when I arrived, but Mark came over and greeted us right away and then brought over the one and only Kharion. From the moment we sat at his desk, I knew I was in good hands. I showed him the car I wanted, and he quickly grabbed the key so we could go for a test drive. After the drive, I noticed some paint chips on the car and asked if they could be touched up—without hesitation, Kharion made sure it was taken care of. When we moved over to Jose, he took the time to explain everything in depth. The only hiccup was that the warranty being a separate charge wasn’t super clear at first, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall experience. Kharion made sure every detail was handled before I drove the car off the lot, and that attention to detail continued even after the sale. When I came back for the paint touch-up, the paint guy wasn’t in due to their rotation schedule—but Kharion was thoughtful enough to top off my gas for free since I had driven in from another city. On my second visit, he made sure the paint was touched up to my satisfaction before moving forward, and when I mentioned wanting to test drive a manual car, he had me covered with a loaner I could take out while I waited. Later on, I had an issue with my Lojack system, and Jose was great at getting that resolved quickly. Honestly, I think I made their jobs easier because I already knew what I wanted walking in—it was mostly just a matter of getting everything processed. That said, reducing some of the downtime during the wait would be nice. But let me be very clear: If you’re not buying a car from Kharion, you’re doing life wrong. He made the entire process smooth, thoughtful, and honestly fun. The man deserves a statue out front—preferably with a plaque that reads “ Legendary Car Salesman” Thank you, Kharion, for making this experience not only easy but exceptional. More

Awesome experience in getting my Mazda speed 6 serviced and work done. Brian is an awesome person. Joshua is the master of mazdas. I walked out and then conducted my business via email and they finally caught on. Then I had to wait forever to give them my money with the finance manager. Then the dealer prep was awful by not checking the car as I found wheel scratches and bumper scratches. They at least gave me a loaner car while I waited. A week later they delivered my new car with wheel scratches still so it went back. It took so long because sales did not dictate to service what needed to be done and service did it their way. Three days later they finally delivered the new car with about 300 miles on it. But Hiley was worse so I stayed with Norm. I don't think it was my sales person but their management. More
