Ivan was the best from beginning to end! We are not from the area, and my original plan was to see if we could get a 2024 Grand Highlander shipped closer to home from somewhere. I though We are not from the area, and my original plan was to see if we could get a 2024 Grand Highlander shipped closer to home from somewhere. I thought that somewhere would be Toyota of Dallas, but they were in it for the almighty dollar. After receiving their ridiculous price and being harassed about it, I sought help at Cowboy Toyota with Ivan. He was professional, honest, helpful, friendly... I didn't even bother trying to have the vehicle traded or shipped closer to home. I made the trek all the way to Cowboy Toyota and it was worth it. Got my dream car for a great price, and the process didn't have to feel tedious. Can't thank Ivan enough! More
