Have lots of time on your hands. They don’t honor your appointment time because they are “very busy.” They add services without telling you that you didn’t authorize and don’t need. I just had my tires rotated at Discount Tire on 11/August. CT rotated on 17/August without telling me. Now I’m waiting - again - while they fix this. Two and a half hours later, maybe three for a scheduled oil change. Have a ride when you come in and expect to pick up your car much much later. You got nothin better to do, right? More
