I am so pleased with the superior customer service I received on Saturday with Billy Goss. Not only did he listen to my needs and help me select the best model. He never made me feel like I was being pu received on Saturday with Billy Goss. Not only did he listen to my needs and help me select the best model. He never made me feel like I was being pushed. In fact he he made it easy. This is my fourth car with cowboy. I’ve purchased one and lease to others prior to this. I can say this was my best experience. He took the time to review every feature in the RAV4. He made me so comfortable and really exceeded my expectations.(so detailed that I knew how to work everything and that’s a first.) I would highly recommend if you need a car doing business with Billy and Shelly (service). More
