I recently purchased a New 2021 Toyota Corolla Hybrid from Liane Mann at Cowboy Toyota. I had determined which car I wanted to buy through online reviews and went to the Toyota website to submit a quote. from Liane Mann at Cowboy Toyota. I had determined which car I wanted to buy through online reviews and went to the Toyota website to submit a quote. I submitted quotes to local dealers through the website and waited for responses. Liane reached out nearly immediately and was eager to work with me. I discussed my interests, my objective, and my timeline. She was accommodating and ensured that my goals were met. We worked the details out primarily through texting, which I found incredibly satisfying. Some other dealers practically refused to discuss things virtually and kept urging me to just come into their dealership just to get basic information. I don’t like spending much time at dealerships, and Liane made sure I didn’t have to. When everything was agreed upon and good to go, I sent her my info and headed to the dealership with an appointment. I test drive the vehicle and then waited for F&O to be available. I was in that office for less than 5 minutes and when I came out I had the contract signed exactly to my specifications and wants. The process was streamlined so nicely and Liane was very patient with me. I was a rather unique buyer and she made sure my hesitations were cleared up and my requests were always taken seriously. I absolutely appreciate her professionalism and her great attitude. I would highly recommend working with Liane and Cowboy Toyota, especially if you are someone who doesn’t want to spend hours stuck in a dealership, who wants a fair price, and who appreciates transparency in the car buying process.
