I Met Ivan Williams & Walter Parker Jr. and those two guys were such pleasant people and very patient and understanding with me after I explained my horrible experience with the two previous Toyota dealerships. I have to admit I was pretty difficult, but they were so kind and took it in stride. The day I went to pick my car up Ivan was off that day but Walt was there and he got everything done even though I didn't have an appointment, he made it happen. More

I was well taken care of I was confused by the condition of the electrical system, and I was contemplating various scenarios to do the battery replacement myself, but I couldn I was confused by the condition of the electrical system, and I was contemplating various scenarios to do the battery replacement myself, but I couldn't figure out the logistics without transportation. Having it towed into Cowboy wasn't the least expensive solution, but it was the best decision for me to make. Completed in the same day and affordable. I was grateful to get a free courtesy ride back to the dealership. More
