Relief! I recently moved back to the metroplex and my first stop was to take my car to get serviced at Toyota of Plano - where I bought the vehicle originally I recently moved back to the metroplex and my first stop was to take my car to get serviced at Toyota of Plano - where I bought the vehicle originally. I could not believe the HORRENDOUS service I received. The people were rude, dismissive, and unorganized. Then after 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment, just when I started to drive away, I noticed that all was NOT well with the vehicle and come to find out they had done somethingS wrong that took them another 2 hours to fix while I sat freezing in a less than desirable waiting area. No one ever apologized, no one ever followed up and I did not even get a chance to do a survey which let me know they really did not care. This lead me to research reviews and almost all of the Toyota's had horrible reviews, except for Cowboy. I decided to make the long journey there and I am soooooooooo glad I did! Complete reverse! The place was clean, quiet, and orderly. The people were kind and respectful. Best of all...my car was taken care of. I wasn't told a bunch of lies about imaginary problems to get me to spend more money, and I feel as though I can trust their service which is what it is all about. All I can say is THANK YOU, and please keep it up! More
