I purchased a used vehicle from this dealership and was told (in a video from their own salesperson, Chris) that it included a dash cam. That was part of why I agreed to move forward with the purchase sigh told (in a video from their own salesperson, Chris) that it included a dash cam. That was part of why I agreed to move forward with the purchase sight-unseen. When the car was delivered to my home, I discovered the dash cam was not there. The salesperson even admitted he “made a huge mistake.” Instead of taking responsibility, the dealership turned it around on me and said I should have “done the leg work” and that the 8-hour delivery they chose to do somehow excused their error. To make things worse, I also discovered functionality issues with the driver-side window immediately after delivery. Their response? Not to fix it — but to tell me I could “drive it back yourself and maybe speak to a manager.” I have never experienced customer service like this — being misled about a feature, blamed for trusting what I was told, and dismissed after the sale. If you're considering buying a vehicle here, do yourself a favor and go somewhere that stands behind their word and their product. More
