I waited 2 hours for an oil change although not the service advisors fault. The technicians never informed the service advisor of what was going on. The purchasing process was smooth and Tamara the sales rep was amazing and helpful. The only part of the process we didn't appreciate was the lack of clarity around new grad rebates. My daughter graduated rep was amazing and helpful. The only part of the process we didn't appreciate was the lack of clarity around new grad rebates. My daughter graduated and was excited to choose Toyota because of this manufacturer rebate, but on the end she was told it wasn't possible, even though she verified this through id.me and meets all the qualifications. The dealership should be have been much more helpful and proactive in navigating the process. Especially since this is not a dealership rebate but it's a manufacturer rebate. Also subsequent calls to Toyota credit services and HQ were very helpful. In the end this rebate that is widely advertised, feels like a scam to draw in customers. More
I brought my car in for an oil change and the service was fast but thorough. They provided a shuttle back to my house so I didn't have to wait at the dealership.
