Took my car in for a safety recall. Well organized, got me scheduled quickly, arranged for a loaner and took care of paperwork quickly and efficiently. Repair was done without any issues. HOWEVER, in this era of COVID, I was shocked at the condition of the loaner car - it was filthy and clearly had not even had basic interior cleaning, never mind sanitization. It's a shame whoever is responsible for loaner vehicles does not uphold the overall standard of this dealership. Sales, finance and service are all excellent otherwise. More
