Decided to take my Rav IV to Norm Reeves dealership after a bad experience w/Cowboy Totota. Difference in day & night as far as customer service. Have a new service rep, Carlos Lopez, that was top notch. He a bad experience w/Cowboy Totota. Difference in day & night as far as customer service.
