I liked Carlos—he’s great. My only comments are about the other office staff. I think that that cashier and office girls need to learn some better customer service. They look down when they are talking to customers which makes them hard to hear, and don’t look at customers like they matter. Lots of pointless side conversations with other staff that seems to slow them down in getting me checked out. More
When I pulled into the service center not one person came out. (I sat in the car at least 5 min) So I went inside. Again, not one person asked if I needed help. I purchased my 2020 tundra has a lease vehicle back in May of 2020. Subsequently bought the lease out. All the Service work I have had done on this unit has been taken care of at your dealership. I usually have a great experience with all the people I deal with at Toyota. But my last visit did not meet the same service as I’m used to. I dropped my car off in the morning and Brad took my back hom deal with at Toyota. But my last visit did not meet the same service as I’m used to. I dropped my car off in the morning and Brad took my back home. I called Natalia ( I think is her name) to get a ride back to the dealership. She told me he would be on his way soon. He never showed so I got my son to drive me back. When I arrived I asked her why he didn’t come get me and she said “she forgot” she seemed uninterested and honestly pretty rude. After checking out she gave me my keys to find my car by myself. Once I looked all over the front I went back to tell her I couldn’t find it. She seemed annoyed and sent someone to pick it up for me. I was very disappointed because I usually always have a great experience. Hopefully she changes her attitude because it was not inviting. More
