My 2019 Highlander had dead Toyota battery only 27 months old AAA road service charged battery in order for me to arrive @ yoyr dealership. Your service advisor, Hakeem (? surname) facilitated battery repl old AAA road service charged battery in order for me to arrive @ yoyr dealership. Your service advisor, Hakeem (? surname) facilitated battery replacement. Advisor had excellent communication skills, was respectful, & his input was ongoing as he kept me informed about my vehicle. In addition, he & his shop colleagues solved issue with my Highlander's GPS system. Am grateful for this quality service by service advisor and shop technicians! More
