I had an amazing experiencing working with my sales person, Richard Posko. I am very satisfied with my vehicle and everything Mr. Posko was able to help with regarding the app downloading and addition person, Richard Posko. I am very satisfied with my vehicle and everything Mr. Posko was able to help with regarding the app downloading and additional help with my vehicle set up. He went the extra mile even after my purchase to help with additional questions. Always available to help with new technology! I appreciate all the little extras he spoke to me about that I was not expecting. I look forward to working with Norris Ford again in the future for additional family members. Many thanks again Mr. Posko! Christine Nadolny. More
This dealership was easy to work with, especially the salesman Richard Posko. We originally got a price sheet before going to purchase the vehicle, and although they had added a markup above MSRP (which salesman Richard Posko. We originally got a price sheet before going to purchase the vehicle, and although they had added a markup above MSRP (which I didn't love), they did honor the original price sheet they had sent me (which was priced at MSRP). Overall the interaction was easy and pleasant, and I was happy to purchase from them. More

I would give less stars if I could. I brought my car into the Norris Ford in Dundalk, MD. I will never go back. I brought my car in on Monday March 14, 2022. They called that day I brought my car into the Norris Ford in Dundalk, MD. I will never go back. I brought my car in on Monday March 14, 2022. They called that day to tell me I needed a motor mount and front wheel bearing and another minor item. Then they asked me for a $400 deposit. I have never heard of any other dealer in my life ask for a deposit before the work can be done. I paid it. I did not get a call on Tuesday the 15th or Wednesday the 16th. On Thursday the 17th I called in the afternoon and was told that the car would definitely be done by Friday morning. Friday afternoon I called and was told the mechanic that was working on my car was not in that day and that the car would be ready on Monday morning and the repair would be completed at 8:30 in the morning. On Monday I called at 9:30 and was told by my Service Advisor that " I can see your car and it is on the lift and they are getting the job done". I waited another hour then had my wife drive me to Norris Ford figuring the car would be ready. When I went to the Service Advisor and asked about my car he said it was done and I should go the the waiting room and they will bring the car around. After a 1.5 hour wait the Service Advisor came into the waiting room and called my name. I went to the counter and he told me the car is ready except the motor mount never came in. The Service Advisor at this point was a bit agitated because in this whole process I had asked several times for him to let me know what is going on with my car. After he told me that the motor mount was not in and I asked him why didn't he just tell me that in the beginning he said "we just figured it out and walked away". I really hope my experience is not they way All Roads treated their customers especially since your tag line is Service At Every Turn. For me this has not been the case. More
I had bought an Escape hybrid during 2020 at a different dealership. Ford is having a lot supply chain issues overall, but I do love the new hybrid options and how they drive. The 'cursed" two year old car dealership. Ford is having a lot supply chain issues overall, but I do love the new hybrid options and how they drive. The 'cursed" two year old car had another issue and looked into selling outright. Great communication with sales helped me get into a new 2022 Plug-In hybrid(that clearly had worked out some kinks) despite having nearly no stock. Would recomend! More
DO NOT buy a car from NORRIS FORD in Dundalk. Actually, I’d stay away from Ford, altogether. I took my 2018 in for a recall with the transmission. It had 48,000 miles. They placed a refurbished t Actually, I’d stay away from Ford, altogether. I took my 2018 in for a recall with the transmission. It had 48,000 miles. They placed a refurbished trans in. I’m lucky to be alive, as my car slid across I-95 with no steering, 3 weeks later. I took it to my mechanic who discovered Norris only put “1 bolt” in the transmission. I have pics. I called them and they acted like it wasn’t a big deal. The GM, Jeff, actually chuckled and said, “it couldn’t have killed you!” xxx??? They initially said they “weren’t sure” if they’d pay for a rental. Trust me-they did!! 2 weeks later, the car wouldn’t shift AGAIN!!! Called them back again and had it towed. 2 days later they called and said there was nothing wrong with it. How stupid do they think I am??? They reset the computer to clear the maintenance indicator and then lied about it. The offered me a trade. WHAT? I’m not an idiot. I paid cash for my car-they break it and then want me to buy a new one and owe $$ plus they didn’t have any Explorers to offer?? SUCH A SCAM!!! I put a claim in for a buyback with Ford Motors and they have since denied it. They said you have to have a buyback within 3 years. How can I do that when the transmission recall was after that?? SENSELESS!!! The dealership alone is full of inadequate and unskilled, rude people. Asking them to fix the car they sold me was too much to ask, I guess. It’s also still under warranty. Currently, my explorer is at my mechanic and I’ve consulted with an attorney. It’s a xxxx shame that this has come to this. I asked them to do the right thing. They sold me a lemon and then THINK they aren’t going to be held accountable. Society needs to look up the definition of “accountability!!” Passing the buck could result in someone being injured or killed. STEER clear of NORRIS AND FORD. Thank goodness I’m still here to be able to post this. Buyer beware!!! More
