I was infuriated when I left. I was put off for almost 20 minutes before being sent to Dave Cook. Dave first informed me he needed to "make a call" which he did while I waited. Then he shot the you-know-what with an employee for another 5-10 minutes before asking if he could help, deciding he didnt want to or couldn't, and then asked me to return next week. Unacceptable. If he had asked up front why I was there at least I wouldn't have had to listen to his annoying call and xx-ing with an employee.... More

I have no complaints, got a great price (and I do mean a great price!) on a used Sport Trac. Everyone I talked to at the dealership was very friendly and helpful. This is my second time dealing with Norris Ford . My first was with a purchase of a new truck . Now the second was a used car. They continue to satisfy me every time. I particularly hate that because I feel that they are profiling me . I do look young for my age but that's no excuse. Anyway Im glad to say that I was extremely satisfied with the trade in value , the car, and the overall handling of the deal by there employees. I guarantee that they will be my first option for my next vehicle. More

Horrible horrible horrible. Bought my 2011 Mustang from Koons, now that's good service. Sales guy gave me the speel, then left me to the finance guy.
